Onea Shop terms of sale and use.

These terms govern the online store operated by Onea Africa (Pty) Ltd and are subject to applicable South African law.

These terms are drafted for the Onea Shop ecommerce model and do not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act, Electronic Communications and Transactions Act or other applicable law.

1. Supplier identity

Onea Shop is operated by Onea Africa (Pty) Ltd, registration number 2016/461132/07, VAT number 4550322707, registered in South Africa.

2. Product information

We take reasonable steps to present accurate product names, specifications, images, prices and availability. Supplier-provided data may change, and product images may be illustrative. The exact model, SKU, colour, capacity and specification shown in your confirmed order govern the product ordered.

3. Pricing and availability

All public prices are displayed in South African rand (ZAR) unless stated otherwise. Before payment, Onea Shop may re-verify the current selling price and active supplier availability. If a price has changed, the updated price must be shown to you for review before you continue.

4. Order review and acceptance

You must have an opportunity to review and correct your order before finally placing it. An automated acknowledgement does not necessarily mean an order has been accepted. Acceptance occurs when Onea Shop confirms the order after payment and required availability checks.

5. Payment security

When hosted online payments are enabled, card details are entered on the approved payment provider’s secure environment and are not intended to be stored by Onea Shop. We may retain transaction references and payment status needed to administer the order.

6. Delivery

Delivery is governed by the Delivery Policy. If goods become unavailable after payment, we will notify you and provide the remedy required by applicable law.

7. Returns, refunds and warranties

Returns and refunds are governed by the Returns & Refunds Policy. Warranty claims are governed by the Warranty Policy. These policies form part of these terms.

8. Personal information

Personal information is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law, including POPIA.

9. Intellectual property

Onea Shop branding, layout and original content are owned by or licensed to Onea Africa. Brand names and trademarks for products remain the property of their respective owners.

10. Complaints and disputes

Please first contact support@onea.co.za. Nothing prevents a consumer from approaching an applicable regulator, ombud or other lawful dispute-resolution body, including the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud where applicable.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

12. Changes

We may update these terms prospectively. The terms applying to a completed order are those presented or incorporated when that order was concluded, subject to applicable law.
